These terms govern your use of the Rochards website. Contact: rotchardsllc@gmail.com, North Carolina, United States. A separately signed client agreement identifies the contracting legal entity and governs paid services.
Information and inquiries
The website describes e-commerce management services. Sending an inquiry or booking a consultation does not establish a client relationship, authorize account access, obligate either party to proceed, or create an investment agreement. Services begin only under a signed agreement with an agreed scope and budget.
Business risk and results
Sales, GMV, traffic and order counts are different measures and do not establish profit. Historical screenshots may show selected periods, incomplete days or overlapping stores. They are not audited financial statements, typical earnings estimates, promises of future results or guarantees of capital recovery. E-commerce involves operational, inventory, advertising, competition, fraud, refund, payment-reserve and platform-enforcement risks. You may lose capital.
Acceptable use
Use the site lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious code, impersonate others, misuse inquiry forms, scrape private data or interfere with the site. Submit only information you are authorized to share and do not send passwords, identity documents, payment credentials or customer datasets through the inquiry form.
Intellectual property
Rochards branding and original site content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Client screenshots and third-party marks remain the property of their respective owners. Viewing this site grants no license to reuse client records, branding or content commercially. Platform names identify services we support and do not imply endorsement, certification or affiliation.
Third-party services
Calendly and other linked services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Rochards does not control their availability, security or decisions. Review the destination before providing information.
Availability and liability
We use reasonable care to maintain this site but cannot promise uninterrupted access or error-free information. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the site is provided as available without implied warranties. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including fraud or other mandatory protections. Paid-service rights and remedies are set out in the signed client agreement.
Governing law and changes
North Carolina law governs these website terms to the extent consistent with mandatory applicable law. Any dispute must be brought in a court with lawful jurisdiction and venue. We may update these terms prospectively by publishing a revised effective date. Changes do not alter an existing signed service agreement without the agreed amendment process.
